At the Rwanda One Health Innovation Network (ROHIN), we recognize that health challenges at the human–animal–environment interface are global in nature and require international collaboration. By partnering with organizations, research institutions, and experts worldwide, ROHIN strengthens Rwanda’s capacity to prevent, detect, and respond to emerging health threats.
Through these collaborations, we:
- Share knowledge, best practices, and innovative solutions across borders
- Support joint research and capacity-building initiatives
- Strengthen surveillance and early warning systems for zoonotic and environmental diseases
- Promote sustainable approaches to reduce antimicrobial resistance and safeguard ecosystems
- Foster policy dialogue and coordination across human, animal, and environmental health sectors
By working together with global partners, ROHIN contributes to building a resilient One Health ecosystem in Rwanda and beyond, ensuring that interventions are effective, sustainable, and informed by the latest international standards and evidence.
